Description

There will be no clock hours for this session.

This Fishbone Train-the-Trainer session equips participants with the knowledge and facilitation skills needed to confidently lead root cause analyses using the Fishbone diagram. Participants will learn how to clearly present the methodology, guide group discussions, and adapt the approach for different audiences and problem types.

The session explores the fundamentals of cause-and-effect analysis, including how to systematically identify, categorize, and evaluate contributing factors. Through a guided, hands-on exercise, attendees will actively participate in building a Fishbone diagram, asking effective questions, and distinguishing between symptoms and true root causes.

By the end of the session, participants will be prepared to facilitate structured, collaborative, and outcome-focused problem-solving discussions.
