In preparation of the new school year, we are offering this Qmlativ Next Year Manual Scheduling training to help districts schedule students for the new school year. 

Be sure the DISTRICT Year End cloning process is complete prior to attending. 

Elementary schools are encouraged to bring class rosters for the afternoon. 

Objectives for the Skyward Qmlativ Next Year Scheduling workshop:

• Participants will perform the database tasks necessary to prepare their school for Future Scheduling.
• After a demonstration on Staff and Course Master maintenance; participants will be able to perfect the school’s Master Schedule for next year.
• Participants will learn two scheduling techniques, Scheduling by Student and Scheduling by Class, preparing them to build student’s future schedules.
• I’ll demonstrate the Student Scheduling utilities so participants are prepared to mass schedule students for next year.
• Participants will be able evaluate their work using the scheduling reports I demonstrate.
• In the afternoon, participants are expected to use the knowledge they gained in this workshop.
