AI Tidbits for Administrative Leadership is a three‑session series for building and district leaders focused on practical applications of AI in administrative context. Each standalone session focuses on administrative work (data use, decision‑making, and planning) while emphasizing equity‑focused leadership and keeping professional judgment at the center.
- Session 1: Tuesday, April 28 | 4:00 – 5:00 pm
AI for Survey Development, Data Collection, and Reporting - Session 2: Tuesday, May 12 | 4:00 – 5:00 pm
AI for Data-Informed Administrative Decision-Making - Session 3: Tuesday, May 26 | 4:00 – 5:00 pm
AI Supported Enrollment Projections and Master Scheduling
Tool Spotlight: We’ll be using Colleague AI as the primary platform for this training. You’ll have the opportunity to explore its features during and after the sessions. If your district uses a different AI tool, that’s perfectly fine—you can apply the strategies and activities using any platform approved by your district.
Note: Clock hours will not be able to be claimed until the conclusion of the last session, May 26, 2026. Clock hour fee is applicable, $3.00 per clock hour with a $15.00 minimum per person per event. Even if less than 3 clock hours are claimed, the minimum $15.00 clock hour fee still applies.
