This 6-hour launch training for recipients of kits from the former kit cooperative will provide a foundation in grade-level appropriate pedagogy, science, math, and engineering integration, science career exploration, and materials exploration to support schools in the transition away from the Science Kit Cooperative.  In partnership with Carolina Science, this training will be co-led by experienced Carolina staff in collaboration with the Regional Science Coordinator.  The workshop will provide up to 6 STEM clock hours for purchase.

Day 2 will focus on the BBS K-5 kits.  Day 1 is listed separately and will focus on the Middle School OpenSciEd kits and STC-MS kits.  This will not be listed on the public catalog, and it is only available by direct invitation to educators at former science kit member schools (and other ESD 101 schools receiving kits) who are continuing to utilize the kit materials.
