Skyward SMS Year End Process is necessary to close out the current school year and roll student records to the upcoming school year. This process ensures that data is correctly retained in the current school year and the next school year is created. All districts are required to participate in the Year End Processing. One person per district should attend a session. 

During all training sessions the Year End wizard will be run one time as a demonstration with all attendees. Participants will then continue on their own through the reminder of the year end processes, with assistance from student staff as needed.
