Description
An introduction to the specialized role of school nursing in the PreK - 12 educational setting. This program introduces scope and standards of practice, conceptual frameworks, legal and ethical issues, required competencies, electronic education records, and available resources.
2026 School Nursing Orientation is open to any Washington State school nurse. This program is required attendance and offered free of charge to NCESD School Nurse Corps district school nurses.
