Participants will learn foundational brain science, trauma impacts, and practical strategies to create safe, supportive, and engaging learning environments. The session emphasizes the importance of adult self-regulation, social-emotional learning, and restorative practices in fostering resilience and improving behavior and academic outcomes. Educators will gain insight into trauma-informed approaches aligned with Washington State standards and legal requirements.
