Description

Supporting the Social Health of Children and Youth

The Social Connections with HOPE learning series will offer an opportunity to come together as a community that cares for and supports children and youth in achieving optimal social health.  We will showcase how local professionals and community leaders utilize the HOPE (Healthy Outcomes from Positive Experiences) framework as a strength-based approach to working with children, young people, and their families. We will highlight best practices in supporting social connectedness among children and youth in schools and community. During the second meeting of the learning series we will focus on services and programs from our communities that promote social health in children and youth on interpersonal level.

Be part of Building Stronger Connections for Children, Youth, and Families
