Session 1: Participants will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the Danielson Framework for Teaching by exploring its foundations and learning about each of the four Domains.
Session 2: Participants will focus on the how of teacher evaluation, learning about the growth-focused observation cycle and professional conversations focused on teacher growth.
