Course Description: 

Bringing AI to the Classroom: Navigating and Customizing MagicSchool for Students

Session 1: This interactive presentation equips educators with the skills needed to safely and productively introduce generative AI to students using MagicSchool for Students. Over two sessions, participants will learn to navigate the MagicStudent interface, explore 50+ built-in AI tools, and manage Student Rooms.


Session 2: Educators will learn to monitor real-time student activity, analyze AI generation details, and use robust moderation features, including tracking flagged content and pausing or locking rooms to maintain a safe digital environment. Moving beyond basic tools, this session covers advanced customization. Teachers will learn to design tailored experiences, including character chatbots, customized "Quiz Me" study tools, and custom writing feedback interfaces powered by their own school rubrics.

Event Notes

PLEASE NOTE: The registration fee for this course is $25.00. Once the course has been completed and verified by the instructor, you must pay the clock-hour fee of $3.00 per clock hour, and the administration fee. Claiming three clock hours plus a $5.00 administration fee, and registration of $25.00 is $36.00 total. Clock hour verification from this training takes approximately two weeks.
