School counselors have the greatest impact when Comprehensive School Counseling Programs (CSCPs) are intentionally designed to prioritize equitable student outcomes and systems-level leadership. This session explores strategies for strengthening counselor impact by aligning roles, responsibilities, and resources with CSCP priorities. Participants will examine implementation tools, learn from peers, and collaborate through a structured problems-of-practice protocol to identify actionable strategies that build the capacity of CSCP teams across schools.
