Participants will understand the role of adult emotional intelligence in shaping school culture and explore their own emotional intelligence competencies.  The course will provide an opportunity to learn how trust, connection and belonging are strengthened among adults.  Participants will practice effective communication strategies intended to support collaboration and belonging.
