This book study invites education leaders to dig into the practical, systems-level work of using data to drive instructional and programmatic decisions within an MTSS framework. Rather than treating data-based decision making as a compliance exercise, the text unpacks how strong systems, clear processes, and collaborative structures help teams move from data collection to meaningful action. 

Participants will explore common pitfalls that "untangle" — where good intentions get stuck in messy processes — and walk away with concrete strategies to strengthen decision-making at the classroom, building, and district level.
