This introductory session is designed for teachers who are new to the Danielson Framework for Teaching. Participants will become familiar with the 2022 Danielson Framework, including its structure, domains, components, and elements, and will explore how the Framework describes effective teaching and supports professional growth. The session will provide opportunities to examine the Framework through a teacher lens and begin connecting the language of the Framework to classroom practice.
