Attendance Letters are used to notify guardians of student’s poor attendance and/or tardiness. You can generate Attendance Letters when a student’s absence records meet criteria defined by your school. Attendance Letters can be used for the purposes of: Attendance Truancy (Becca Bill) reporting, monitoring Chronic Absenteeism, and for Community Truancy Boards.
