We will use Adobe Acrobat Pro to learn the basics of remediating PDFs. 

Topics covered include:

1. Using the Action Wizard
2. Using the accessibility wizard
3. Adding Alt Text
4. Understanding tags in pdf
5. Formatting tables
6. Formatting lists
7. Checking color contrast
8. Formatting headings
9. Setting the title & author
10. Using the tags panel to check reading order

This class consists of 2 two-hour sessions.

Participants will need to provide a computer with Adobe Acrobat Pro installed. We also recommend installing Color Contrast Analyzer (see Resources section for download link - talk to your IT department for help with installation if needed.)
