This interactive 3-hour virtual class is designed to build stronger, more effective partnerships between teachers and paraprofessionals. Blending the content of a popular three-part series into one collaborative experience, the session focuses on clarifying roles and responsibilities, understanding student behavior through multiple perspectives, and exploring practical tools—including assistive technology (AT) and AI—to enhance instruction, communication, and accessibility. Through collaborative discussions, teachers and paraprofessionals will align their approaches, problem-solve real classroom challenges, and leave with actionable strategies to support inclusive learning environments.
