Over the course of four days, participants will have the opportunity to increase their knowledge of the CEL5D Instructional Framework & 5D+ Rubric for Instructional Growth and Teacher Evaluation by applying the framework and rubric in a formative and summative process. By the end of this stage, participants will have the capacity to:

provide immediate support for implementing feedback

provide long-term professional development
