Preschool GLAD® Training of Trainers (TOT) is an advanced course for participants who previously completed the Preschool GLAD® Foundations course and are seeking to become a trainer for their district of employment. The TOT course engages participants in practicing how to deliver the Foundations Research and Theory, and the 4-day classroom demonstration. 

Potential TOT participants are required to submit an application with all the documents outlined in the TOT application to christine.champie@esd105.org.  Applicants will be notified when their application is reviewed and approved. They will automatically be enrolled in the TOT course by ESD 105.

TOT Part One: The Research and Theory training is a one-day overview of the Preschool GLAD® model and current research on linguistic and cognitive. During this training TOT participants will learn how to deliver the content, practice presenting information about the strategies, and work with their certification team members on customizing the training material.
