This will be designed for new school counselors with 2 years of experience or less. It will be a safe space to collaborate with others in a supportive environment while discussing topics that are current and relevant. There will be 6 virtual sessions and 1 in-person to celebrate the end of the school year! Topics that are addressed throughout the year will include Comprehensive School Counseling Plan development and implementation; suicide prevention; needs assessments and screeners. Topics will be added throughout the year based on participant need and arising issues.
