Restorative practices are most powerful when integrated into a school’s PBIS and MTSS systems. This foundational training introduces educators to the core principles of restorative justice, focusing on Tier 1 and Tier 2 supports. Participants will engage in interactive activities, practice restorative language, and participate in two foundational circle processes. The session is ideal for PBIS teams, school leaders, counselors, and educators seeking to create a more inclusive, respectful, and connected school environment.
