In this module, Shifting Teacher Mindsets, participants will develop an understanding of the evolution of mindsets.   Educators will consider how school culture impacts teacher mindsets.  Identifying strategies for empowering educators to reflect on their mindsets regularly will help participants understand how they, as educational leaders, can shift teacher mindsets at the building level.  This module will provide leadership teams with an understanding of these concepts, and opportunities to collaborate with fellow participants.
