Description

Have you found that rewards and punishments are only influencing positive behaviors in the short run at best? Studies show that when educators empower students to own and solve their own problems, positive results are longer lasting. Are you looking for a way to improve classroom climate and culture? Better Than Carrots or Sticks is the on-line book study for you. Educators who use a restorative practices approach to discipline create classrooms that are based on mutual respect and more focused on student achievement.

This course renews annually and is ongoing.
