Now in our 7th year, this training uses discussion and reflection, encouraging review of practices, in an environment of shared ideas. Topics vary per session, guided by member experiences. This training program utilizes curriculum from Directors Toolbox (from McCormick Center for Early Childhood Leadership). We will look at what's working, what supports directors need, and ongoing issues within the field of early childhood education.
