Affinity Groups allow for people who share an identity to gather in a safe space to talk about issues related to that identity and to transfer that discussion into actions that allow for growth, healing, and individual and collective liberation.

 In regional partnership, sponsors Vancouver Public Schools(VPS), Evergreen Public Schools (EPS) and Educational Service District 112 (ESD 112), are excited to offer an ongoing forum for investigating and transforming our “individual” and “collective” racial conditioning, while also increasing staff connectedness within our region.
