This session will focus on discussion of the book Culturally Responsive Education in the Classroom by Adeyemi Stembridge.  Stembridge helps educators translate the concept of equity into the context of pedagogy in a K-12 classroom.  Stembridge shares teaching strategies for a wide range of content and ages groups to help readers develop a culturally responsive pedagogical mindset. 

Participants will need to purchase a copy of the book and have read it by the training date.
