Prerequisites: Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, and Part 4
This is a module of the Exploring STEM series. In this fully asynchronous Canvas course, we will go through some steps to create an integrated STEM activity or lesson that you can use in your classroom. This module will help you to consider different aspects of STEM lesson design as you work on creating a lesson to implement with your students. We will strive to create a sequence of learning that connects with the real world, help students practice important STEM literacy skills, and helps position learners as agents of positive change in their world.
Asynchronous: The class is delivered entirely online through a LMS. Students may complete these classes at their own pace.
Canvas: Online Learning Management System (LMS) similar to Blackboard, D2L, or Google Classroom

This is one part of a five-part series. By completing parts 1 through 5, you’ll have 15 total STEM Clock hours to meet the STEM clock hour requirement for certificate renewal.
