Come and join other instructional leaders throughout the ESD 112 region for an afternoon of learning together! Coaches, Mentors, Principals, Teacher Leaders…This is an opportunity for anyone interested in developing their skill in facilitating learning for individuals, small and whole groups of practitioners working in service of students. On this day we will have opportunities to think together and learn together about facilitating coaching cycles and PLCs, using different data sources to facilitate reflection, and supporting adult learners, all while keeping students and relationships at the center of our work. Our time will be structured in smaller breakout sessions with opportunities to network before, between and following sessions!

Outcomes:

• To develop skill in facilitating learning for individuals, small and whole groups of practitioners working in service of students
• To develop skill in facilitating coaching cycles and PLCs 
• To learn about using different data sources to facilitate reflection 
• To develop understanding about supporting adult learners 
• To think about how to keep students and relationships at the center of our work 
• To develop a network of instructional leaders across the region
