Description
These sessions are on Tuesdays.
Discover the power of Artificial intelligence (AI) in education through our training series! Dive into the essentials of Artificial intelligence (AI), its mechanisms, and its impact on teaching and learning. Learn practical applications to enhance your pedagogical practices, streamline administrative tasks, and create inclusive learning environments. Embrace the future of education with multiple AI tools, focusing on ethical applications and personalized student engagement.
The webinar sessions will feature insights from the field, takeaway resources, and opportunities for Q&A. Don’t miss this chance to learn about Artificial intelligence (AI) integration in education. In addition, there are optional clock hours (5 Total) available through Canvas to increase your knowledge by practicing the content from each webinar.
You are registering for the entire series of 5 one-hour Zooms and five corresponding lab assignments in Canvas. The course consists of two parts:
1) A session is a one-hour Zoom on the designated days in the schedule; there are 5 total for 5 clock hours.
2) (Optional) Each Zoom session has a corresponding one-hour “lab” time that requires using Canvas; there are 5 labs. You can complete the Canvas work at your own pace after the session. The Lab time is 5 clock hours.
You must attend all five Zoom sessions and complete all 5 labs in Canvas to receive ten clock hours. You will earn the number of clocks that you attend and complete; last day for all Canvas submissions to be completed is June 14, 2024. An optional open office hour will follow the Zoom sessions to ask questions, continue the conversation, or provide feedback. There are no clock hours for the optional office hours.
