Join us for a special public screening of the documentary film "Space, Hope and Charity" [https://www.spacehopecharityfilm.com/] to follow the remarkable story of Charity Woodrum. Charity grew up in rural Oregon with dreams of becoming an astrophysicist. Despite sub-par advising and support, Charity follows her dream until it is nearly derailed when she suffers a devastating tragedy. And yet, she continues to persist and has recently received her PhD. Join us for the film, a special panel with Charity, her PhD Advisor and the film's producer/director and receive materials to share this story with the future STEM stars in our lives.
