Description
This professional development course provides secondary school leadership teams with dedicated time and space to develop comprehensive understanding of Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) implementation at the secondary level. Through collaborative learning experiences, teams will strengthen their collective capacity to lead effective MTSS practices within their unique school contexts. The course maintains an unwavering focus on promoting equitable outcomes for all students through systematic implementation of evidence-based support structures. Participants will engage in guided exploration and installation phases, developing actionable implementation plans specific to their secondary school environment. Leadership teams will leave equipped with practical strategies, refinement protocols, and progress monitoring systems to ensure sustainable MTSS practices that support all students' success.
