Designed to support educators in reflecting on and strengthening their proactive responses to behavior within a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). This professional learning community will provide a structured, supportive environment for staff to share experiences, analyze practices, and explore evidence-based strategies.

Learning Intentions

1. Participants will engage in ongoing dialogue, guided reflection, and collaborative problem-solving to deepen their understanding of preventive approaches to behavior management aligned with Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 supports.
2. Participants will build capacity to respond to behaviors proactively, consistently, with empathy, and effectiveness.
3. Participants will learn behavioral concepts and responses that will support the prevention, de-escalation, and postvention cycle of behavior.
