Participants will be introduced to the CEL5D+ Instructional Framework and the role of the cycle of inquiry in a model for teacher growth. This two-day training provides the foundational knowledge for the instructional framework and sets the stage for administrators to begin working with their teaching staff. This workshop is offered at no cost.

For Fall 2020, each day of training includes approximately 3-hours of independent reading and reflection using the Canvas platform, and a 3-hour live/virtual session, 8:30 – 11:30am on Zoom.  The live sessions will include discussion and various learning engagement strategies about the 5 dimensions and 13 sub-dimensions of Teaching and Learning. The intended audience is principals, assistant principals, and central office staff who evaluate teachers under the TPEP evaluation system and are new to the framework as an evaluator.
