Student Management Setup Verification – School Year Preparation

We will be verifying the setup for Student Management to ensure a smooth start to the new school year. Below are the key areas we will review:

Attendance

• Review and update attendance configurations.
• Calendar Dates.
• Verify and update Term dates if needed. 

Managing Enrollment Records 

• Ensure returning students are properly enrolled.
• Run Advisor/Homeroom assignments using the utility tool.
• Verify that all Special Programs have been rolled over and added to the new school year. 

Reactivation Process 

• Review and run the reactivation process to prepare student records for the new school year.

  • Review IEP start and stop dates to ensure accuracy.

  • Review scheduled task dates and make adjustments as needed.

  • Turn Access back on for:

    • Family Access

    • Student Access

    • Teacher Access
