Description
This session is all about Future Scheduling!
Morning:
We’ll start with year-end tools, get updated on enrollments, go over advancing/retaining students, and take care of elementary scheduling groups.
Afternoon:
We’ll look at grading setup, clean up course information, build availability lists, walk through course requests and recommendations, and use the Mass Student Scheduler.
After that, we’ll have open lab time so you can work on your own tasks with support available.

Staff and Course Maintenance
Maintaining Staff Records

Cloning the NSE Online Form for reuse
Request Processing
Configuring Availability List(s)
Exploring multiple ways to enter requests
Running the Mass Add Requests or Sections Utility
Manually adding student course requests
Configuring, creating, and viewing Course Recommendations
Event Notes
The afternoon session will include time to work on the processes we cover. We highly recommend running the Student Year-End Utility at the District level before the session. If it hasn’t been run, please make sure someone with District-level security is attending.
If the utility hasn’t been run and no one in attendance has District-level access, those tasks won’t be able to be completed during the session.
