Sold a Story is a podcast that investigates the history of reading instruction in the United States, focusing on why many children have struggled to learn to read due to what the investigator uncovers and believes to be a flawed, widely adopted approach. This pod-study will wrap up with episodes 10-13 where you will learn about an Ohio school who has strayed the course to find success utilizing research based strategies. What did they do? How did they do it? Each episode will include a theme and discussion thread question.
