AUDIENCE: This workshop is being provided for 'Secondary' schools i.e. Intermediate, Jr High, Middle School, High School
This workshop will be covering the steps that need to be done in preparing to schedule your students for next school year:
INSTRUCTION: PART 1-PREPARING TO SCHEDULE: Maintain Scheduling Setup and Codes; Reviewing and Setting up Templates for Mass Add Student to an Entity; Maintain Staff; Verify Scheduling Configuration; Reviewing and Running the Master Course details/utilities; Scheduling Teams, Scheduling Categories
INSTRUCTION: PART 2-MANAGING STUDENT REQUESTS: Create Availability List; Enter Requests-Manually, Online Course Requests through Student Access, Teacher Recommendations, Enter Student Scheduling Constraints; Use Reports to Analyze Student Requests
After the instruction time, if time allows, there will be lab time to work on your tasks.

Instruction will be presented during the AM portion of the session, with lab time in the afternoon with hands on assistance available if needed.
