AUDIENCE: This workshop is being provided for 'Secondary' schools i.e. Intermediate, Jr High, Middle School, High School
This workshop will be covering the steps that need to be done to build the Master Schedule and Schedule Students into their classes:
INSTRUCTION: PART 3-BUILDING THE MASTER SCHEDULE: Calculate the Number of Sections Needed; Create Sections; Estimate the Number of Students in Each Sections; Prepare Meeting Patterns for Placement in the Schedule Master; Calculate Potential Conflicts in the Schedule Master; Learn to use the Interactive Scheduling Board and the Master Schedule Builder; Schedule Sections into the Schedule Master.

INSTRUCTION: PART 4-SCHEDULING STUDENTS: Manually Place Students in Sections; Schedule Student Requests; User Reports to Analyze Student Schedules; Schedule Student Alternate Requests
After the instruction time, if time allows, there will be lab time to work on your tasks.

Instructions will be presented during the AM portion of the session, with lab time in the afternoon with hands-on assistance available, if needed.
