Practice is a critical element of emergency preparedness. This session will guide participants in creating effective monthly safety drills to improve their school’s readiness for real-world crises. Local experts will share proven strategies and practical tips to ensure your lockdown drills are both impactful and trauma-informed. Schools in the ESD 112 region will also receive a Safety Exercise Toolkit and participate in launching this year's Fall Regional Safety Exercise Challenge.
