This 60-minute webinar is for K–12 administrators, business office teams, and secretarial staff who are done with clunky, exhausting meetings—and ready for something better. We’ll break down what actually works in real school settings, especially when people are stretched thin and tech doesn’t always cooperate.

• Walk through a real hybrid meeting checklist you can use right away
  
  

You’ll leave with new language for setting expectations, tools to make your meetings more inclusive, and a fresh approach that centers hybrid equity—without needing to overhaul your tech or calendar.
