Description
![]() | This comprehensive three-part professional development series is designed to elevate the role of mentor/teacher leader/instructional coach from task-oriented support roles to transformational educational leaders who build capacity across all levels of their organizations. Participants will explore three distinct yet interconnected coaching contexts—one-on-one partnerships, professional learning teams, and whole-group facilitation—while developing clarity around their evolving role, vision, and measurable impact within each setting. Through reflective practice and collaborative exploration, coaches will learn to navigate diverse educational contexts with dignity-centered approaches, moving beyond convenient task completion to become invaluable team members who strengthen systemic capacity. The series emphasizes evidence-based impact measurement, helping participants establish structures for gathering and reflecting on their effectiveness while connecting their core values to their coaching practice. By the end of this series, participants will have developed a clear framework for maximizing their influence as educational partners, facilitators, and leaders who build everyone up and help them become integral parts of a thriving educational system. |
