In this session, we will be going through the steps for running the '30 Day Grace Period Reset utility'. This utility identifies Customers who have an Eligibility Category with a Type code of F - Free or R - Reduced, from an approved application or Direct Certification record from the previous year, but do not have an approved application or direct certification record for the current year. This indicates these customers cannot continue receiving free or reduced meal prices. This utility is used once each school year following the thirtieth food service day. Once the utility is processed, it switches the customers from the free, reduced, or direct certification eligibility category to a paid eligibility category.
