Facilitator Training for Upcoming Affinity Group Sessions - 

Are you passionate about fostering inclusive and equitable learning environments? This training will equip you with the skills and strategies to lead effective Affinity Group gatherings and/or to incorporate these strategies into any gathering space that you facilitate. 

Key Strategies:

• Develop facilitation skills: Learn how to create safe and supportive spaces for dialogue and growth.
• Deepen understanding of equity: Explore systemic oppression and its impact on individuals and communities.
• Support others on their journey: Provide guidance and resources to facilitate healing and racial awareness.

In regional partnership, sponsors Vancouver Public Schools (VPS), Evergreen Public Schools (EPS), and Educational Service District 112 (ESD 112) are excited to offer an ongoing forum for investigating and transforming our “individual” and “collective” racial conditioning, while also increasing staff connectedness within our region.
