Join us for a day and a half learning event to build relationships across Early Learning support systems.  

Day 1:  The 5-8 Early Learning Institute kicks off with a lunch keynote by Karma Hugo, Director of Early Learning, Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction as we look to unite 0-5 and 5-8 educators and progress into blended breakout sessions for the afternoon.  The focus of collaboration is to strengthen our early learning systems and build continuity for our children as they transition from birth, to preschool, kindergarten, and into elementary school.  Topics will include social emotional learning, inclusive practices, and reciprocal family engagement with a focus on networking and relationship building.

Day 2: A general session opens with Dr. Dana Anderson, Superintendent, Capital Region ESD 113 that’s sure to inspire.  With over 20 breakout session options, content topics will include digital learning, literacy, numeracy & math, science, social-emotional learning, STEM, and inclusive practices.
