ESD 113 Regional Science Coordinator will continue their partnership with Pacific Education Institute and facilitate virtual and face-to-face meetings for educators in grades K-3. The workshops will introduce teachers to grade appropriate, locally relevant 3-D NGSS based activities that focus on climate science. Teachers will gain experience weaving the practices, disciplinary core ideas and cross cutting concepts utilizing science notebooks around a locally relevant place-based climate science phenomenon. 

All events have been switched to virtual meetings. Concluding with a three-hour asynchronous climate science lesson development and recording.
