Legal aspects of bargaining, common pitfalls, effective communication, current trends in bargaining and the various roles of School Board Members, Principals and other administration.  This training is designed for superintendents, human resource directors, lead negotiators and other district bargaining team members.  Presented by:  Curtis Leonard, Attorney and Executive Director of WSPA;  J. Marie Riche, Principal Consultant for Ideal Communications; and representatives from WSSDA, AWSP and WASA.
