You as a participant will be asked to collaborate and dive deep into the CEL 5D+ Instructional Framework in order to enhance your own professional practice. You will then in turn see how this understanding fits with Washington State's Teacher/Principal Evaluation Project (TPEP). Participants will leave this course discovering how the CEL 5D+ Instructional Framework  will increase their own professional growth and why it was chosen as a recommended framework for Washington State.

*Participation in the course qualifies as Stage I in TPEP.
