This 2-day series of professional learning will help participants on their way to understanding and integrating\ Projects Based Learning (PBL) in the classroom. 

This series will focus specifically on STEM related activities as samples, however is encouraged for all content areas. 

PBL is a way of instructing that focuses on student choice and voice. They dive deeper into ways to encourage students to be more engaged in their own learning, increase their understanding of the standards, and connect them with more communities around the world. 

This series will have participants start at the beginning of understanding PBL to participants trying PBL with their students. We will create a network of PBL collaborators and innovators and support each educator on their path to having a PBL classroom. 

Participants will:

• Explore the steps to becoming a project based learning educator
• See the benefits to students
• Practice developing their own projects
• Diving deeper into STEM integration strategies
• Focus on the public product and how to share with the community

Special pricing will be available to those districts that are subscribed to ESD 113 Digital Learning.

The Platinum and Gold districts will receive free registration (material fees excluded).

Silver districts will receive half price registration (material fees excluded).
