Description

You are registering for clock hours only. WASWUG 2023 registration must be completed separately. 

WASWUG user group conference sponsored by WSIPC. March 5-7, 2023 in-person in Bellevue WA, and virtually via the Attendee Hub platform. In-Person attendees can earn a maximum of 11.5 Clock Hours. Virtual Attendees can earn a maximum of 10 Clock Hours.

NOTE: Clock Hours for paid Pre-conference Workshops are available to in-person attendees only.  Clock Hours are not offered for General Sessions. Clock Hours are not offered for pre-recorded/on demand sessions. 

Event Notes

In order to receive clock hours:

  • Participants must sign the attendance sign-in sheet EACH assigned day of the session. The attendee must sign in to receive credit for attending the session.Capital Region ESD 113 will not accept verbal or written documentation (other than official sign-in sheets) from the instructor, school district or other entity stating the attendee was present after the session has taken place.
  • Participants must be in actual (physical) attendance at the session location at the assigned time and for the duration of the class.

    90-minute breakout sessions will be offered to both in-person (at Hyatt Regency Bellevue) and virtual attendees (via Attendee Hub). Not available to attendees who are participating in the 3-hr pre-conference workshops.
