Over the course of four days, participants will have the opportunity to increase their knowledge of the CEL 5D Instructional Framework and 5D Rubric for Instructional Growth and Teacher Evaluation by applying the framework and rubric in a formative and summative process.

By the end of this Stage, participants will have the capacity to:

• Give Feedback
• Provide immediate support for implementing feedback
• Provide long-term professional development

Intended Audience:  Principals, Assistant Principals, and central office staff who evaluate teachers under the TPEP evaluation system.

Required training for new principals, assistant principals, and those who have changed frameworks:

• Stage I: 2 days
• Stage II: 4 days

NOTE: These sessions will be via ZOOM.

Each day will be 3 hours of Zoom instruction, followed by 3 hours of independent homework via Canvas.
